You can create your own HTML via the edit 'HTML tab' on your Recruitment EXCHANGE blog.

Promoting your blog:
We will be actively promoting Recruitment Exchange blogs but if you wish you want to promote your blog here's some tips:
- create a Recruitment EXCHANGE blog and link to relevant user groups/forums inside and outside our site.
- add your Recruitment EXCHANGE blog to blog directories
- add your blog to mybloglog etc.
- submit any articles you write to article directories

If you want an online presence but don't want to go as far as creating your own blog you can create an online profile and if you wish link it to your main CV so that any keyword search of your CV also searches your profile ensuring no relevant information is missed (see an example).
