Search CVs

Keyword and Phrase searches with Boolean operators 'and' - 'or' - 'not'

Set up auto-matches so candidates matches are RSS or emailed to you as they register

Find local candidates with postcode proximity

Diary Search- see when they are and are not available for interview or work, great for temps and contracts.

Candidates can be rated which is predominantly designed for contract and temporary candidates, they can also rate you. Both parties can post replies to any comments/ratings left (similar to e-bay feedback for you e-bayers)

We ask candidates to state their motivation to move from 1-5 so you have an idea who is just looking and who’s desperate to move.

Search Professional Blogs

Professional blogs are keyword searched as the candidates CV is searched so no relevant information is overlooked.

Professional blogs are designed to hold any additional information that candidates feel may be relevant to an employer e.g.

CV variations

Testimonials

Images-for portfolios e.g. Civil Engineers, Web Designers etc.

Create a Corporate Micro-site

If you want to have your own mini website (micro-site) on Recruitment Exchange you can request one upon registration or we can build one for you upon request in 'contact us' see ElanIT

You can then directly promote your company to candidates with links to and from your Recruitment Exchange vacancies plus much more...

If you also want to show the human/personal side to your company you can create a Company Blog-Free! or we can build it for you upon request in 'contact us' (see Create a Company Blog) you can then link your Company Blog and Corporate Micro-Site showing both sides of your organization.

Create a Company Blog

Companies like jobseekers can create their own Company blogs; ideas:

‘Ten Great Things about working/contracting for (your company) that you won’t read in the Job Specification’ etc.

Company blogs can also join in Recruitment Exchange sector and help forums. You can discuss/highlight current issues in your sector and show you are an authority in your sector.

Diary Options

Recruitment Exchange has an online diary tool that is available to all users to make private and public entries. Consultants can use this tool to see when candidates are and are not available for work or interview which is particularly useful for Temporary or Contract staff.

Consultancies Widgets -What is a widget?

The Affiliate/Referral Widget:

The Affiliate/Referral Widget allows your vacancy to be shown on external websites and blogs. This gives you an unlimited reach throughout the internet to other specialist sites not normally associated with recruitment.

Precise targeting for your jobs.

You set up a ‘Referrals Account’ on Recruitment Exchange and pay an amount you are comfortable with into that account for referrals e.g. £50. You will then be charged on a Pay Per Click or Pay Per Action basis (or both) depending on your selections e.g.

you may be charged £1.00 per referral with Pay Per Click Referrals and

£10 per referral with Pay Per Action Referrals (the action in this case is the referral leaving their contact details most likely their name and a verified email address thereby providing you with a qualified prospect at a minimal cost).

Once your £50 is gone you will not be charged any more and will be notified your account is empty. This is an extremely cost effective way to gain referrals of passive candidates and in theory is free –no referrals no charge!

Decide what vacancies you want to enable for Affiliate/Referral Sites.

a.    Do you want to allow all websites and blogs to advertise your vacancies?

b.    Do want to limit what sites can advertise your vacancies by making a selection from   the Recruitment Exchange Referrals Directory?

c.    Do you want to do both?

d.    How is both different to all? The difference comes from the pricing of PPC and PPA. If you select all Websites and Blogs you will only be charged the PPC and PPA fees set by the Recruitment Exchange from the sites that choose to advertise your vacancies (directory entry is irrelevant). If you select specific Websites and Blogs from the Referrals Directory that you want to advertise your vacancies they set their own PPC and PPA fees which are clearly shown but you can in addition to your selections choose ‘all’ and you pay these sites the set Recruitment Exchange Fees, it’s your choice. Set up a Referrals account now.

*Recruitment Exchange retains 25% of PPC and PPA referral fees for development and overhead.

Recruitment Exchange Directories

The Recruitment Exchange has two directories:

The RE Directory- this is a directory of all Consultancies that wish to make themselves available for Jobseekers to include in their PSL to send their CV to. Consultancies also use this directory to build their PSL’s if you intend to make your details available for split fees via Multicruittm . You can add your details to the directory-Free or use it to build your PSL’s.

The RE Affiliates/Referrers Directory- this directory contains a list of

Affiliate/Referral sites that you can select specifically as sites you would like to advertise your vacancies via our Affiliate/Referral Widget.
