We ask candidates to state their motivation to move from 1-5 so you have an idea who is just looking and who's desperate to move.
Search Professional Blogs
Professional blogs are searched in the same way that CV's are searched. Recruitment Exchange recommends jobseekers link their blogs and profiles to their CV so that it is 'keyword' and 'phrase' searched automatically with their CV, ensuring no relevant information is overlooked.
Search blogs now
Professional blogs are designed to hold any additional information that candidates feel may be relevant to an employer:
- CV variations
- Testimonials
- Portfolios for design roles e.g. Civil Engineers, Web Designers etc.
The decision to link the CV and blog together is the candidates and some candidates may decide not to, some may only have a blog or only have a CV. If you want to be 100% sure that no-one is missed you should Search CV's and Professional Blogs separately.
