Employers can use Recruitment Exchange to seek employees promoting their specialties, write articles, promote themselves via official micro-sites for recruitment purposes, blogs and networking.

Using the Recruitment Exchange for purposes other than employer seeking employees for specific live jobs including, but not limited to, using the information in the CV database to sell or promote any products or services or to source people to join a franchise, pyramid scheme, club membership, distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity requires an up front payment or otherwise, pays commissions only, requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
You should not send unsolicited mail, email, make cold calls or send unsolicited faxes regarding promotions and/or advertising of products or services to a user of a Recruitment Exchange in any fashion known now or to be created in the future. Communications unless otherwise directed should be communicated through the clients and candidates (jobseekers) communications center.
Attempting actions that are now or could in the future be interpreted as unreasonable or place a disproportionately large load on any of Recruitment Exchanges resources.
You should not post vacancies which require the applicant to provide information on their racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, physical or mental health, religious beliefs, sexual life, make comment to criminal offences or proceedings, or age.
As a user, you are responsible for your own communications and the consequences of your postings. You should not post material that is copyrighted unless you are the copyright owner or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it; post material that infringes on any intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; post material that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, deliberately misleading, racist, sexist, ageist or breaks any other Recruitment Exchange codes of conduct; post advertisements or solicitations of business outside of those allowed by Recruitment Exchange; post chain letters or pyramid schemes; pretend to be someone else or post material that contains but is not limited to, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel-bots or other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or information.

Information submitted by you
You may be required to submit information to us including but without limitation to sensitive personal data to help us with the recruitment process, Recruitment Exchange administrative and related functions. By submittal of any information you allow us to disclose to third parties, on an anonymous basis, certain aggregate information contained in your registration application. Recruitment Exchange will not disclose your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. Recruitment Exchange has the right to advertise directly to you its own or third party products in what we deem to be an appropriate manner. We need to amongst other things process and store information on you, we use third parties to help process this information. You, by using Recruitment Exchange consent to us using information provided by you to further our missions and aims in providing a superior service as we see fit. As a worldwide service provider you consent to your submissions being displayed, to be viewed from anywhere worldwide.
You must not create hyperlinks, "hidden" keywords or any method that are irrelevant to the job or are otherwise misleading contained in a job posting.
Global Posting/Networked Job Postings
P4P- Post only real vacancies and pay the applicable fee calculated on site via Credit or Debit card by an authorised person.
Featured Vacancy/Account Posting
By opening an account to post to our global network you knowledge that you understand you will be billed at the following rates per CV sent via our network:
-£1.99+vat/CV application if being billed monthly via invoice (Payment due within 30 days)
-£1.75+vat/CV application if paying via BACS or Direct Transfer (payment due within 3 days)
As an Account holder all vacancies clicked as 'featured' will be added to the network and you will be billed per CV application, this includes any vacancies that are later said to have been clicked by mistake/in error etc.
You are NOT charged for duplicate CV's to the same vacancy e.g.
-The same candidate applies three times to the same job - you pay once.
-The same candidate applies once to three of your vacancies - you pay three times.
Overdue payments via BACS or invoice terms may be subject to an interest charge of 14% from the point the invoice went overdue up until the full payment of the overdue amount is received/cleared.
We can take no responsibility for applicants who lie about their ability to work in the vacancies designated country to pass the filter or quality of the applicants skills or suitability for the role, all applications are treated the same and billed at our standard rates. We do not refund money for unsuitable candidate applications any more than we would charge more for the perfect candidate who fills the role.
Our Promise to you
This Web Site is a host only for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post CV's and related information it does not screen or censor any posting we do offer a facility for anyone who finds a posting offensive, unlawful or otherwise to contact us but undertake no liability to action any requests, or recommendations from these contacts. Recruitment Exchange is in no way contracted with any users in or by its website alone and not party to transactions between employers and candidates. Recruitment Exchange accepts no liability for quality, safety or legality of any postings of jobs or CV's, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings. You assume full responsibility for ensuring that parties claims made about themselves are true and accurate and you should bear in mind at all times that it is your responsibility to be watchful of what information you are divulging without ensuring that you know for certain that the person you are corresponding with is who they claim to be.
As Recruitment Exchange is not party to, does not claim to be party to or have any involvement with its users if you have any complaint, dispute with, misunderstanding with or any other trouble lawful or otherwise with another user you release Recruitment Exchange (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Recruitment Exchange does not control or make claims to control the information provided by our users which is made available through the Web Site or otherwise. Our user’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively labeled. We expect that you will use the same caution and common sense when using this Web Site that you would use under any other circumstances and release Recruitment Exchange from any liability. Recruitment Exchange accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of its users or its own content in relation to grammar, spellings, mis-interpretations, accuracy timeliness, inbound or outbound linkages or their content. Recruitment Exchange is not acting as an Agency or Consultancy for the recruitment of any placements made for candidates or solicitations for employment.
Recruitment Exchange offers no guarantees that this website does not contain any harmful coding or applications or otherwise that could harm, damage or disrupt your systems and will accept no applications from users for costs as you use Recruitment Exchange at your own risk as an individual, company, company representative or otherwise and Recruitment Exchange accepts no obligation to authenticate the permissions of users to be using any technology to access and use Recruitment Exchange. Refunds, Replacement and Cancellation terms: We do not supply refunds or replacements. You are free to cancel your subscriptions etc at any time.
We accept Sterling and the US Dollar via our card processing centre and use WorldPay for all other currency transactions.
As a service provider we are not required to provide export restrictions as we do not presently export products.
Recruitment Exchange Disclaimer.
Neither Recruitment Exchange, nor any representative of Recruitment Exchange accepts any responsibility for damages, liable, loss of profits, loss of time, disruption, interference, data loss of any kind whether based on ca contract perceived contract, tort, warranty, agreement or perceived agreement or any other legal theory regardless of origin by nature or geographical area even if you have communicated any such perceptions of liability or otherwise by any means.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Recruitment Exchange or any of its representatives, employees, directors, CEO and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from information you provide to us, your breach of the terms of these Terms and Conditions,
Recruitment Exchange Blacklisting and dis-involvement remedies
Recruitment Exchange reserves the right, at any time without warning or notice, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to blacklisting, removing your postings from its Web Site, immediate termination of your registration or memberships, hostings or other business activities upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions without refund. To include but not limited to breaking a Secondary Supplier Agreement or not fully upholding your obligations under such an agreement, non-payment to Recruitment Exchange of any fees due, breaking any other terms and Conditions of Recruitment Exchange.
Recruitment Exchange may alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice or warning. You should therefore visit this page regularly to review the Terms and Conditions because they are binding on you. You can be taken to mean an individual, company or other entity.
